Dr. Beth Ricanati
Dr. Beth Ricanati has built a career integrating wellness into everyday life through medical clinics, wellness programs, and now as an author and speaker. She blends clinical medicine with holistic self-care, emphasizing the balance of science and spirituality for a healthy life. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (Art History) and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Dr. Ricanati trained at Columbia Presbyterian and worked at Columbia’s Center for Women’s Health and the Cleveland Clinic. As the founding medical director of Lifestyle180, she helped develop a pioneering program using nutrition, exercise, and stress management to treat chronic disease. Now based in Southern California, Dr. Ricanati focuses on writing, speaking, and leading challah-making workshops. Her award-winning book, Braided: A Journey of a Thousand Challahs, explores the power of rituals in fostering wellness, connection, and a meaningful life.
